1、个人简介：
姬新颖，博士、教授、博导。现任河南大学医学院副院长，主管国际交流、合作与海外引智，省核蛋白基因调控国际联合实验室主任。曾任基础医学院副院长（2011.12-2018.8）。省免疫学会副理事长、省微生物学会副理事长、省感染与分子免疫学专业委员会创始人和首任主委、省肿瘤精准医学专业委员会副主委。1999年7月获第四军医大学内科学感染病专业博士，先后在美国哈佛大学医学院等担任博士后和研究助理教授职位近十年，2009年5月回国。带领课题组先后获批8项国家自然科学基金项目，其中本人3项，指导成员获批5项。在核蛋白PCNP（含有PEST表位的核蛋白）与感染致膈肌无力以及肿瘤发生机制等研究方面国际领先。课题组申报专利7项，获批3项。发表SCI论文30多篇，指导全日制研究生21名， 2017-2018年招收了外籍博士生4名、外籍博士后2名和外籍硕士生4名，国际化科研团队初步形成。河南省侨联常委、开封市侨联侨青会副会长、河南大学欧美同学会/留学归国人员联谊会副会长。国家自然科学基金委项目评议人、科技部国际合作司评委和多家SCI杂志审稿人。2011年获开封市优秀教师称号。回国以来，先后从国外为基础医学院、淮河医院和第一附属医院引进特聘教授、黄河学者6人，促进了大医学科研与学科建设。

（1）国家自然科学基金面上项目, 81670088,基于TIPE2抑制的PCNP上调改善感染后膈肌无力的分子机制,2017.1-2020.12,60万元,在研，主持。（2）河南省科技厅国际合作项目，172102410019，核蛋白PCNP在树突状细胞功能中的作用探讨，2017.1-2019.12,10万元，在研，主持。（3）河南大学一流学科培育项目，PCNP/H2S在感染致膈肌无力发生中的保护作用和分子机制， 40万元，2020.1-2023.12.主持。
